Online continuing education · Separate expense

Approximately $40

Online continuing education is a separate expense. This is a planning estimate; confirm the actual fee, course hours, provider approval, and credit eligibility for your state and credential before enrolling.

Check your state and credential

Check four things before enrolling.

  1. The exact credential and work classification.
  2. The current renewal deadline and required hours, if any.
  3. The approval of the provider and the specific course.
  4. How completion is reported and which records you must keep.

For Texas ACR contractor renewal, TDLR lists eight hours including one hour on Texas law and rules. Check the official requirements for exceptions, late renewal, and other credential types.
