What we save

We save your name, email, optional phone, ZIP, state, service need, timing, message, and contact permission. A business inquiry may also include your company name. If signed in, a site-specific account ID may be stored with your request.

What happens next

Your request goes to the HVAC.info owner’s private inbox. We may contact you about it. We ask before sending your contact details to a provider. There is no automatic provider sharing, marketing signup, or email notification in this release.

Do not send private records

Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank details, credit-card details, or health records. The tools do not require them. Calculators and the proposal worksheet run on this page and do not save your numbers. Print your worksheet before closing or refreshing. Branded preview links include the company name and accent color you choose in the URL.

Ask about your data

To request a copy, correction, or deletion, use the service request form with “Not sure yet” and write “Privacy request” in the message. The owner will review it. Save your request ID so the right record can be found.

Advertising

Advertising and sponsorship inquiries go to AdvertisingAgency.us, a separate destination. Paid placements, when added, must be labeled. There are no paid contractor placements in this release.
